Stock option granted under the NTN Buzztime, Inc. 2019 Performance Incentive Plan. This option shall vest and become exercisable at the rate of 50% of the total number of shares covered by this option immediately upon the date of grant. The remaining 50% of the total number of shares covered by this option shall vest and become exercisable in 12 equal monthly installments beginning in the month immediately following the date of grant.
