integrated Utility Work Management application suite for Maine
Public Service (MPS), a subsidiary of Maine & Maritimes
Corporation (AMEX:MAM). Delinea will continue to manage the system
for MPS as part of a long-term managed services relationship. In
just three months, Delinea delivered the core ERP (Enterprise
Resource Planning) system, which provides MPS with a much higher
level of automated controls over financials and critical processes
throughout the organization, including faster and finer detailed
reporting. "Maine Public Service is focused on enhanced
productivity and full compliance with the Sarbanes-Oxley Act.
Consequently, migrating to a tier-one financial system was critical
for creating a long-term platform for improved operations and
