This leveraged ETF seeks a return that is 150 percent of the return of its benchmark index for a single day. The Fund seek to achieve their respective investment objectives through the appropriate amount of exposure to the SPIKES futures contracts included in the Index. Under certain circumstances, the Funds may also invest in futures contracts and swap contracts (VIX Related Positions) on the Cboe Volatility Index (VIX), an index that tracks volatility and would be expected to perform in a substantially similar manner as the SPIKES Index. |
