Bowl America Incorporated (the “Company”), deeply regrets to announce that Mr. Leslie H. Goldberg, passed away on October 14, 2019 at the age of 89. Mr. Goldberg, son of the Company’s founder C. Edward Goldberg, had served as President of the Company since 1976 and as a Director since 1972. The Company would like to provide its sincere condolences to the family of Mr. Goldberg. He will be missed by all.

Ms. Cheryl A. Dragoo will continue as the Company’s Interim President and Interim Chief Executive Officer.
