AMNE American Green Group Inc New (CE)

Trans Global Group, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: TGGI) (www.ecosafeus.com) and its wholly owned subsidiary Ecosafe Insulation of FL, LLC have received both Director and shareholder approval to acquire ECOSAFE PREMIUM FOAM® from American Green Group, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: AMNE).

Both TGGI and AMNE have been granted approval from their perspective Boards and majority shareholder approval to proceed with the transaction.

A formal agreement will be entered into and a mutually agreed upon third party will be retained to render a fairness opinion to determine the fair market value of Ecosafe Premium Foam®.

TGGI has been working to expand its network of sales and installation centers around the country and hope to have a significant portion of the country covered by the end of the year.
