American Green Group, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: AMNE) (www.americangreengroup.com) is pleased to announce the Company is entering into a joint venture with Ecosafe Insulation of Florida, LLC (ECOFL), the Company that controls 5 territories in FL.

The agreement would allow ECOFL to market Ecosafe Foam and Infinite R in 14 states running from North Carolina to California. AMNE and ECOFL would share in the revenue under the agreement. AMNE would supply all the Ecosafe Foam and access to Infinite R to ECOFL at cost. In return, ECOFL would be responsible for setting up logistics to handle all 14 states, marketing, sales and installation.

AMNE believes the transaction will allow the Company to grow at a more rapid pace and reduce the financial burden on the Company, generating a revenue stream for the company.

ECOFL is working with a PR company it retained to roll out a media campaign in Broward County. This will give ECOFL exposure on local news stations and newspapers that cover the major counties of South Florida.
