Nationwide Safe*T* Propane Inc. is very pleased to announce that it
has purchased U.S. Patent Number 4,927,045 from Technolizenz
Establishment, Germany. The patent, which covers applications
involving the retrofitting of any explosive liquid or gas fuel tank
with a safety device to prevent explosions, was issued on May 22,
1990 to Helmut J. Lichka. This patent compliments the patents the
company already holds for other explosion suppression devices and

combination of cash and stock. The company feels that the patent
represented an outstanding value taking into consideration the
scope of its applications and its remaining effective life. This
patent may give the Company a strong competitive advantage in the

explosion suppression technology at the point of manufacture is
