Clickstream Corp (OTCMKTS: CLIS) is an exciting Company that has been getting noticed by investors in recent months. The stock skyrocketed to highs of $0.276 in May and is currently moving up since a brief dip below the $0.07 mark. CLIS got a recent boost after the Company announced the hiring of former CBS Sports Network Chief Researcher Jamie Kaplan to the post of Senior Producer and Head Writer. The role will provide oversight and ensure accuracy through the creation of a research department as well as oversee the post-production of original live and non-live content. Prior to joining Clickstream, Jamie served as Chief Researcher of CBS Sports Network, a position he also held at ESPN on the long-running sports-trivia show Stump the Schwab.

Clickstream Corp (OTCMKTS: CLIS) business operations are focused on the development and implementation of WinQuikTM, a free to play synchronized mobile app and digital gaming platform. The platform is designed to enable WinQuikTM users to have fun, interact and compete against each other in order to win real money and prizes. WinQuikTM is currently in production with shows featuring celebrity hosts Joshua Dobbs, Chef Jordan Andino, Brian Baldinger, Howie Schwab, Amber Theoharis, and Mykel Hawke. Subject matter includes sports, movies, survival, food/culinary, the Bible, outer space and more. Games are set up dynamically with multiple non-live game shows throughout the day and once-a-day live game shows. As a free-mium platform, ClickStream is in the process of monetizing the platform with corporate sponsors and advertisers.

Earlier this month Clickstream reported its’ synchronized digital and app based live gaming platform will commence a beta test for a select audience on Thursday August 13th at 9PM ET. To be eligible to participate, Clickstream has set up a sign-up page on WinQuik.com. The initial game will feature questions from all of WinQuik’s hosts including NFL Network host and former NFL player Brian Baldinger, Fox Sports Amber Theoharis, NFL quarterback Joshua Dobbs, survival expert and retired US Army Green Beret Mykel Hawke, former ESPN host Howie Schwab, and celebrity chef Jordan Andino.

CLIS has been working hard behind the scenes getting their books in order; in July the Company filed a request to be up up-listed to the Over the Counter Quotation Bureau (“OTCQB®”). This action is fundamental to the Company’s efforts to demonstrate greater transparency to its investors and bring greater visibility before a substantially larger investor group. The OTCQB® Venture Market will allow Clickstream to appeal to a more sophisticated pool of investors, particularly institutional investors, dramatically increase liquidity & visibility, as well as solidify its position within the digital content and original programming market.

Also in August CLIS provided a $350,000 Secured Loan to GOOO for GOOO to acquire 96.5% of VegasWINNERS, Inc. and in return, CLIS purchased an option to acquire 14,901,200 of the current outstanding 17,842,925 shares of GOOO common stock for $175,000 with GOOD now becoming a subsidiary of CLIS. Wayne Allyn Root, CEO of VegasWINNERS stated, “What VegasWINNERS does is simple. Now that sports gaming has been legalized in over twenty states, there are millions of new sports gamblers. We supply the winning picks and research that these sports gamblers need. We intend to build a world-class database of sports gamblers, a database that should quickly prove valuable to casinos, sportsbooks and public gaming companies.”

On August 20 CLIS announced the hiring of former CBS Sports Network Chief Researcher Jamie Kaplan to the post of Senior Producer and Head Writer.
