Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure.

On May 10, 2021, AquaBounty Technologies, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that purchase orders have been received for the full output of the first commercial-scale harvest of its genetically engineered Atlantic salmon.
