The Company is unable to file its Annual Report on Form 10-K for the period ended December 31, 2020 within the prescribed period due to delay in providing the accounting data for review and audit by our auditor. Such delay prevents the Company from filing the Annual Report without unreasonable effort or expense. The Company fully expects to be able to file within the additional time allowed by this report.
