Dear Shareholders,
In 2020, Alpine 4 Holdings acquired two new businesses: Excel Fabrication, LLC (EXCEL) and Impossible Aerospace, Corporation (IA). In order to allow our auditing firm more time to finalize the accounting for these new acquisitions, and to address the uniqueness of the IA transaction, we filed a Form 12b-25 with the SEC to extend the filing date of our Annual Report on Form 10-K to April 15, 2021.
