These shares were acquired pursuant to a restricted stock unit award under the Company's 2019 Equity Incentive Plan. Each restricted stock unit represents a contingent right to receive one share of the Company's Common Stock. The restricted stock unit vests over 4 years beginning on March 17, 2021, with 25% vesting on the one year anniversary of the vesting start date and the balance vesting ratably over twelve quarterly installments.
