Item 5.03 Amendments to Articles of Incorporation or Bylaws; Change in Fiscal Year

On March 1, 2021 the Board of Directors of Rayont Inc. (the “Company”) adopted a resolution to change the Company’s fiscal year end from July 31 to June 30, effective immediately as of the date of the board resolution.
