Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
On February 24, 2021, John T. Danaher, President, Consumer Interactive, notified TransUnion (the “Company”) that he intends to retire from the Company effective in February 2022. Beginning on April 1, 2021, Mr. Danaher will transition into an advisory role at the Company.
