Explanation of Responses:
(1)	This phantom unit award was granted pursuant to the CSI Compressco LP Second Amended and Restated 2011 Long Term Incentive Plan. One-third of the award will vest on each of February 19, 2022, February 19, 2023 and February 19, 2024. This award is a one-time special three-year-period award in consideration of the executive officer's recent addition to the Issuer's management team.
