On February 17, 2021, L. Patrick Gage, Ph.D. notified Cytokinetics, Incorporated (the “Company”) of his decision to resign from the Company’s Board of Directors, effective in February 2022. Dr. Gage’s decision to resign is not the result of any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices.
