(2)	The stock warrant awards are exercisable, with respect to the award exercisable on May 2, 2021, at a price per share equal to the average daily stock price of the underlying security for the 10 trading days ending February 12, 2021 and, with respect to the awards exercisable on February 1, 2022 and 2023, at a price per share equal to the average daily stock price of the underlying security for the 10 trading days ending on February 1, 2022 and 2023, respectively.
