Item 2.01 Completion of Acquisition or Disposition of Assets. 

 

On February 8, 2021, Alpine 4 Technologies Ltd., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”), announced that the previously announced merger between the Company’s newly formed and wholly owned subsidiary ALPP Acquisition Corporation 2, Inc., a Delaware corporation (“Merger Sub”), and Vayu (US), Inc., a Delaware corporation (“VAYU”) had closed and that the final closing conditions had been met. Per the merger agreement, VAYU was the surviving corporation.

 

The Company will file the Certificate of Merger with the State of Delaware to finalize the merger.
