On January 29, 2021, Professional Holding Corp. (the “Company”), the parent company of Professional Bank, issued a press release containing information on earnings for the quarter ended December 31, 2020, and full-year 2020 results. A copy of the press release is furnished with this report as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference.
