(1)	The reported securities are included within 319,000 SVBL Units purchased by the reporting person's spouse for $0.47 per Unit. Each Unit consists of one share of SVBL common stock and one half of one common share purchase warrant. The reporting person disclaims beneficial ownership of these securities, and this report shall not be deemed an admission that the reporting person is the beneficial owner of the securities for purposes of Section 16 or for any other purpose.
(2)	On September 18, 2020, Silver Bull Resources, Inc. completed a one-for-eight reverse stock split of the shares of SVBL common stock, resulting in the ownership of 895,125 fewer shares of SVBL common stock held directly by the reporting person.
