On October 19, 2020, Marrone Bio Innovations, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release which, among other things, discusses preliminary results for the Company’s gross margins for the three months ended September 30, 2020. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this report.
