Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.

On October 5, 2020, Miragen Therapeutics, Inc., a Delaware corporation, announced it had conducted an internal review of preliminary topline data from its Phase 2 SOLAR clinical trial of cobomarsen in patients with Cutaneous T-Cell Lymphoma. The press release announcing this data is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
