CONTENTS

Death of Director

On October 3, 2020, Victor Leventhal, a director of Stratasys Ltd. (“Stratasys” or the “Company”), passed away. Mr. Leventhal had served on the board of directors of Stratasys as an independent director (until May 2016, as an external director) since the closing of the Stratasys, Inc.- Objet Ltd. merger on December 1, 2012.

Stratasys sends its wishes of condolences to Mr. Leventhal’s wife and the rest of his family.
