Explanation of Responses:
(1)	The shares were acquired on June 5, 2020 pursuant the acquisition of OCL Technologies, the cost was converted from the Canadian purchase price of $0.15 using an exchange rate of $1.3426.
(2)	The warrants were acquired on June 5, 2020 pursuant to the acquisition of OCL Technologies.
(3)	The warrants are exercisable on or before June 5, 2025 at an exercise price of $0.001.
(4)	The exercise price reported above was converted from the Canadian exercise price of C$0.35 using an exchange rate of C$1.34460=US$1.00
(5)	Options were granted on July 21, 2020 and vest as follows: 20% on January 21, 2021, 20% on July 21, 2021, 20% on January 21, 2022, 20% on July 21, 2022 and 20% on January 21, 2023.
