Regulation FD Disclosure.

On August 10, 2020, Martin Midstream Partners L.P. (the “Partnership”) issued a press release announcing the expiration of the Partnership and Martin Midstream Finance Corp.’s (collectively, the “Issuers”) previously announced exchange offer, rights offering, and consent solicitation and separate but related tender offer and consent solicitation relating to the Issuers’ 7.25% senior unsecured notes due 2021. The press release is included as Exhibit 99.1 hereto.
