On July 31, 2020, PotlatchDeltic Corporation (the “Company”) posted presentation materials on the Investor Relations section of the Company’s website. The presentation materials (the “Investor Presentation”) are attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this report and incorporated herein by reference. The Company expects to use the Investor Presentation, or portions, with possible modifications, in connection with presentations to investors, analysts and others during the fiscal quarter ending September 30, 2020.

The Company has reconciled all non-GAAP measures in the Investor Presentation to the most directly comparable GAAP measures.
