Regulation FD Disclosure.

On June 18, 2020, Apollo Global Management, Inc. announced expansion of its insurance asset management business, as Athene Holding Ltd. has entered into a fixed annuity block reinsurance transaction with Jackson National Life Insurance Company, a subsidiary of Prudential plc, with the support of Athene Co-Invest Reinsurance Affiliate. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
