Item 8.01 Other Events.

On June 2nd, 2020, the Company’s subsidiary Aqua Mining (PNG) Ltd received approval from the Department of Forestry Papua New Guinea, on an Advance Roading Application for Senuu TA. The approval allows for Logging of Commercial Grade Logs, 20 metres on either side of the 5 Kilometer Access Road constructed by Aqua Mining at Senuu, Gaire. Compliance with Logging Code of Conduct and Payment of Royalties and Levies must be undertaken.
