Results of Operations and Financial Condition.

On May 8, 2020, Naked Brand Group Limited (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing the Company’s financial results for the full year of fiscal 2020 (the year ended January 31, 2020). A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
