Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.

On April 7, 2020, Pinterest, Inc. (the “Company”) announced preliminary financial results for the quarter ended March 31, 2020 and announced that it was withdrawing its previously issued financial guidance for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2020 due to the uncertainty of the impact of COVID-19. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this report.

On April 7, 2020, the Company announced that Françoise Brougher, the Company’s Chief Operating Officer, will be leaving the Company, effective as of April 7, 2020. Todd Morgenfeld, the Company’s Chief Financial Officer, will assume her responsibilities.
