Item 7.01

Regulation FD Disclosure.

On March 27, 2020, Party City Holdco Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release to provide an additional update on the Company’s response to the novel coronavirus (COVID-19). The Company also announced that it has extended the temporary closure of all its stores as well as the withdrawal of all fiscal 2020 financial guidance previously issued on March 12, 2020 due to the increased uncertainty surrounding the impact of COVID-19. The Company is not providing an updated financial outlook at this time.
