Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure.
On March 19, 2020, Monitronics International, Inc., doing business as Brinks Home SecurityTM (the “Company”), issued a press release, attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1, announcing it will release its results for the three and twelve months ended December 31, 2019 after the market closes on Thursday, March 26, 2020. The Company will host a conference call that day at 5:00 p.m. ET. Participating on the call will be William Niles, the Company's Interim Chief Executive Officer, and Fred Graffam, the Company's Chief Financial Officer, Executive Vice President and Secretary. During the call, management will provide an update on the Company’s financial results as well as other matters impacting the business including the Company's continued response to the COVID-19 Pandemic.
This Current Report on Form 8-K and the press release attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 are being furnished to the SEC under Item 7.01 of Form 8-K in satisfaction of the public disclosure requirements of Regulation FD and shall not be deemed “filed” for any purpose.
