Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.

On March 18, 2020, The Chefs’ Warehouse, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that due to the current unprecedented market conditions related to the coronavirus (COVID-19), the Company is withdrawing financial guidance for the fiscal year ending December 25, 2020. A copy of this press release is furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
