(1)	(1) These shares were purchased at $0.035 to $0.055
(2)	(2) Iroku Inc., a New York entity, purchased these 11.88M shares directly, dba 'EA Armament & Surveillance Technologies' (or 'EA Tech USA')from April 2017 to January 2020. As of February 28th, 2020, Iroku Inc. has been acquired by EA American Science & Technologies Inc. (aka "EAAST"). Iroku Inc. is therefore now a subsidiary of EAAST; serving as a holding company for ADFS shares; holding shares in ADFS for the exclusive benefit of EAAST.

Remarks: (3) Iroku Inc. has acquired and continues to acquire shares in ADFS for the purpose of: (a) ensuring ADFS complies with all regulatory requirements; (b) reviving the company and its traditional defense industry operations; (c) expanding the scope of its investments to include real estate acquisitions; and (d) investing in other high-technology companies.
