Siemens Wins Contract for Boil-off Gas Compressors in Louisiana

Siemens AG said Thursday that it won a contract to supply three
boil-off gas compressor packages for Venture Global LNG, Inc.'s
liquefied natural gas project in Louisiana.
The German engineering conglomerate said the LNG export
facility, called Calcasieu Pass, is currently under construction
and is expected to produce 10 million metric tons of LNG a year.
The project is implemented by Venture Global LNG's subsidiary
Venture Global Calcasieu Pass, LLC.
The compression trains are expected to ship in the summer and
fall of this year, Siemens said.
The financial details of the contract weren't provided.
