Resignation of Chairperson

Bagir (AIM: BAGR), a designer, creator and provider of innovative tailoring, announces that Tessa Laws has informed the Company of her intention to resign as Chairperson.

Tessa will remain a member of the Board and Chairperson until 31st May 2020 and will support the Company in securing a smooth transition.

The Board has commenced a formal recruitment process for a new Chair and a further announcement regarding the details and timings of a successor will be made in due course.
