Results of Operations and Financial Condition.

On February 5, 2020, LMP Automotive Holdings, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing certain financial results for the fourth quarter ended December 31, 2019, as well as 2020 revenue and net income guidance. The Company also announced that it will announce its full fourth quarter and full year results for the period ended December 31, 2019 following the close of market on Tuesday, February 25, 2020. A copy of the press release is furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
