ServiceNow (NOW) said it would acquire Passage AI.

Passage AI is a Mountain View, Calif.-based conversational AI platform company.

Digital workflows company ServiceNow said it expects to complete the acquisition by the end of the first quarter. It didn't disclose financial terms of the deal.

ServiceNow said Passage AI's conversational AI capabilities will expand its chatbot support for non-English languages.
