Coca-Cola HBC, Coca-Cola Form New Russian Joint Venture

Coca-Cola HBC AG (CCH.LN) said Friday that it and Coca-Cola Co.
(KO) have agreed a new Russian joint venture agreement via the
creation of a 50:50 indirectly-owned company.
The Switzerland-based bottler for Coca-Cola Co. said the two
companies have combined their assets in the Multon Z.A.O group of
companies into the new company. Multon is an existing joint venture
which produces and distributes juices in Russia.
