Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure.

On November 21, 2019, Glowpoint, Inc. (the "Company") issued a press release announcing that its President and CEO, Peter Holst, is scheduled to present at the 12th Annual LD Micro Main Event investor conference on Wednesday, December 11, 2019 at 1:20 pm PST at the Luxe Sunset Boulevard Hotel in Los Angeles, California. An audio recording of the Company's group presentation and a copy of the Company’s investor deck will be made available on the Company’s website at www.glowpoint.com. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
