Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure

 

On November 20th Franchise Holdings International (“FNHI”) issued a press release announcing that it is has applied for a US Trademark for its forthcoming innovation. The product, previously named “Helios”, will be now be named “TerraVis by Worksport”. The product is to be a patented break-through innovation for the Corporation as a highly advanced truck bed system, paired with state of the art solar technology. The TerraVis will work for both internal combustion propelled light-trucks as well as forthcoming electric and electric hybrid trucks, as a source of meaningful power for charging. The corporation is to make further announcements with specific details in the near future. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1. The information in this Item 7.01 and the exhibit attached hereto are furnished to, but not filed with, the Securities and Exchange Commission.
