ITEM 8.01 Other Events

2050 Motors, Inc. accepted the resignation of Ted Flomenhaft from the Company’s Advisory Board on October 16, 2019. The Company has thanked Mr. Flomenhaft for his services and wishes to continue a positive relationship with his Company, EDGE FiberNet, which continues to provide services in support of 2050 operations.
