Explanation of Responses:
(1)	The reporting person acquired such securities in connection with the merger of a wholly owned subsidiary of the issuer with and into The Maslow Media Group, Inc. ("Maslow"), with Maslow as the surviving entity (the "Merger"). At the effective time of the Merger, all outstanding Maslow common shares were converted into shares of the issuer's common stock.
(2)	Such securities were acquired in connection with the Merger.
(3)	Held by Igly Trust, of which Kalyan Pathuri, the reporting person's spouse, is the sole trustee and beneficiary.
