Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure.

In accordance with our current disclosure practices, when Ford Motor Company announces a field service action (i.e., safety recall, emission recall, or other product campaign) or customer satisfaction action that at the time of the announcement is estimated to have a cost in excess of $250 million, Ford will file a Form 8-K to disclose the estimated cost of the action.
