Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.

On October 24, 2019, Tractor Supply Company (the "Company") issued a press release reporting its results of operations for the third fiscal quarter ended September 28, 2019. Additionally, the Company updated its guidance for the results of operations expected for the full fiscal year ending December 28, 2019.
