Madrid-listed Actividades de Construccion y Servicios SA (ACS.MC) on Friday confirmed that it has received non-binding offers for a possible sale of a stake or the totality of its renewable-energy subsidiary Zero-E.

The construction company confirmed it has received offers following reports in the Spanish media. Business daily Cinco Dias reported Friday morning that Lightsource--in which BP PLC (BP.LN) holds a 43% stake--was interested in Zero-E, joining a list of possible suitors including venture capital firms and Spanish electric utility company Endesa SA (ELE.MC).
