PG&E Corp. (PCG) said Monday the bankruptcy court deadline
for filing claims against the company is October 21.
The company said all Proof of Claim forms must be received
before 5 p.m. Pacific Time on the 21st.
PG&E said claims can be filed by "any person or entity
believes money is owed to them by PG&E from the period before
PG&E filed for Chapter 11 on January 29, 2019."
Claims can be filed online, by U.S. Mail or at one of six
PG&E Claim Service Centers, the company said.
PG&E filed for chapter 11 in an effort to manage potential
legal costs following a series of deadly wildfires caused by its
equipment in 2017 and 2018.
