Here are some of the companies with shares expected to trade actively in Monday's session. Stock movements noted by ticker reflect movements during regular trading hours; premarket trading is specified separately.

ConocoPhillips -- Down 0.9% premarket: The energy company has agreed to sell its operations in northern Australia to Santos for $1.39 billion.

Deere -- Down 0.3% premarket: The manufacturer of farm equipment is spending billions of dollars annually to buy its own equipment for a leasing program, which lifts sales but adds financial complexity and weighs on the used-equipment market, The Wall Street Journal reported Monday.

General Motors -- Down 0.1% premarket: United Auto Workers is increasing its weekly payout to GM workers on strike, a sign the union is preparing to extend a nearly monthlong walkout that has halted work at the company's U.S. factories.

Boeing -- Down 0.3% premarket: The aerospace firm Friday stripped Chief Executive Dennis Muilenburg of his dual role as chairman, in an unexpected shake-up amid the prolonged crisis of its 737 MAX plane.

Sempra -- Flat premarket: The energy company said it agreed to sell its Chilean businesses for $2.23 billion in cash.

Aecom -- Up 8% premarket: The infrastructure company said Monday that it agreed to sell its management-services business for $2.41 billion to affiliates of the private-equity firms American Securities LLC and Lindsay Goldberg.
