Black Ridge Oil & Gas, Inc. (“Black Ridge”) regrets to announce the sad news that James A. Moe, Chief Financial Officer of Black Ridge, passed away unexpectedly on September 20, 2019. Black Ridge would like to offer sincere condolences to the family of Mr. Moe. On September 24, 2019, the Board of Black Ridge named Ken DeCubellis, Black Ridge's Chief Executive Officer, as Black Ridge's Interim Chief Financial Officer.
