Retirement of Executive Officer

 

NIO Inc. (“NIO” or the “Company”) (NYSE: NIO), a pioneer in China’s premium electric vehicle market, today announced that Mr. Hsien Tsong Cheng has honorably retired as executive vice president of the Company and chief executive officer of XPT, and has remained as the chairman of XPT. The Company thanks Mr. Cheng for his support and contributions to NIO.
